Hi my name is Sarita Johan, when I was asked; "What would you like to be when you grow up?" my answer would always be the same, I want to be an adult, little did I know that people would eventually become my life's mission.

Through my colourful life and with more than 30 years of Business experience I decided I wanted to support people in business.

I have started businesses, failed businesses, worked in the corporate space, worked with small business and in between raised 3 children (now all adults). I am grateful for every experience I have had, the good and the bad, you see I realised that without those I might not have ended up on this path.

SJ Coaching was born out of the desire to be more. A spontaneously snapped femur in 2006 (I got up and it literally snapped, story for another day), financial hardship and loss (from rich to poor), and a broken marriage led me to completely redesign my life.

I walked away from my high-profile career, invested in self-development and became a NLP Master Practitioner and ADVanced Innermetrix consultant, which has allowed me to work with people at a deep level.

My super power? I solve people and business problems whilst teaching people to become more conscious and knowing thyself. The knowledge of self will allow you to build the business you desire and lead your people to success.

I know the impact working with one person can have, when you thrive and upgrade yourself our environment reap the benefits, the ripple effect is what excites me.
